KICKING OUT TRANSPHOBIA COMMUNITY PROJECT
Kicking Out Transphobia (KOT) is a community-led public nonprofit centering transgender and gender-nonconforming individuals. We use sports as a tool for joy, connection, and resistance—creating inclusive spaces that uplift trans and nonbinary people while raising awareness about the challenges our community faces. Through grassroots events, educational projects, and international partnerships, we show the world that trans people belong in every field—especially the sports field. At KOT Las Vegas, we bring together trans athletes from across Las Américas to compete in multiple sports. On Friday, we host the All Trans Matches, and on Saturday and Sunday, Team Transtastic takes the field to compete in the soccer tournament.
