About the Council: This council is composed of trans and non-binary players appointed by the KOT Board or Team Captains based on your involvement and alignment with our mission. While not part of the General Board, you will serve as the central hub of our organization, providing guidance and perspective on every aspect of our work. Your Role Includes: • Providing feedback on challenges facing trans athletes. • Ensuring programming meets the real needs of the community. • Advising on strategy and organizational decision-making.
